GP Exercise Referral Scheme
The GP exercise referral scheme has been developed to assist individuals overcome some of the barriers to increasing their physical activity by providing safe, supervised exercise programs.

Following your GP referral our ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologists will assess your functional capabilities and customise an exercise program to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.
Our GPERS program comprises of:
- Initial Consultation
- 10 Exercise Sessions
- Reassessment
SIRA (RTW, Third Party Claims)
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists provide functional, corrective treatment for individuals under Workplace and CTP injury claims.
Each exercise prescription is designed to restore coordination, strength and confidence in people to be able to return to pre-injury activities and ensure that they are equipped for lasting recovery.

Movement Screen & Analysis
Functional Movement Screens and Running Analysis help clinicians and health care professions screen individuals for risk of injury and / or a dysfunctional or performance-limiting movement pattern.
Screening and analysis identify asymmetries which result in functional movement deficiencies. The aims are to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during fundamental movement patterns. Once these deficiencies have been identified through, a program of corrective exercises is then developed with the goal of preventing musculoskeletal injuries and restoring or optimising performance.
NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides individualised support for people with an impairment or condition that is likely to be a permanent or a developmental delay that affects their ability to take part in everyday activities. The NDIS helps people with a disability to achieve their goals. This may include greater independence, community involvement, employment and improving wellbeing.

Medicare & DVA Services
Patients who have a chronic medical condition and complex care needs and are being managed by their GP under a GP Management Plan are eligible for Medicare and DVA rebates for Allied Health Services services on referral from their GP.

Chronic Disease Management Plan
People with a chronic medical condition may be able to get Medicare benefits to cover up to five allied health consultations that help manage their condition

DVA White and Gold Card Holders
Entitled to clinically necessary treatment covered by DVA’s health care arrangements for all health conditions. Acess can be made by GP or specialist using the D904 referral
